Fan coil device, also known as blown convector or living room type hot air device,is a heating and cooling element with a radial fan and filter that provides air movement at the top and bottom of the serpentine from the finned pipes.
The air sucked by the fan passing through the filter is blown into the environment by licking the sepantine surface. In the fan coils, the air licking the sepantine surface will condense and condensation water will be collected in the condensation pan under the device. Condensate water is collected and discharged by drainage pipes.They are used in multi-storey Office buildings,hotels,motels and hospitals.
In primary air fan coil systems applications, the fresh air that people need is prepared in a primary air plant. 100% outdoor air or, in some applications, mixed air is heated and cooled to room temperature in the primary air plant. The air at room temperature is blown to the suction mouth of the fancoil or directly to the room through the vents.
Another primary air application is to supply the fresh air of the fan coil through the hole or grille opened on the outer Wall behind it.
2 pipe or 4 pipe fancoil systems are applied in primary air and purely water fancoil systems.
The feature of fancoil systems is that they are modular systems that can operate independently. In terms of independence and modularity, it has proven itself in various applications made untill today.
In the 2-pipe fancoil, hot water (for heating) is passed through the coil in winter and cold water (for cooling) in summer.In short,the 2-pipe fan coil system either heats or cools depending on the season.
Although there are many application areas in our country.its use in the world is declining.

2) Since it does not create a physical connection with the neighboring spaces, the air circulation is unique to the space and positively affects the human comfort as it provides movement in the air of the place.

Maximum heat load can be met with maximum audible and latent heat again.

In this system, there are 2 separate coils, both heating and cooling coils, in the terminal unit fan coil unit.
In this system, there is no need for zoning for primary fresh air or secondary water circuits.
In 4-pipe fan coil systems, 4 pipes are used as cold water flow, cold water return, hot water flow and hot water return pipes.There is also a drainage pipe.The feature of the system is that we reach the comfort conditions designed in regions that feel different temperatures in the same time period.Namely; It is not possible for us to perform heating in an external perimeter or zone and cooling in anothr external environment front or zone.

Investment cost is high. Fancoil systems control fancoil devices can be controlled in several ways. The control of the capacity to be obtained from a fancoil devices due to its mechanical structure is provided by the control of the flow and temperature of the air and water,which form the two sides of the energy transfer on the device.
For this purpose, the speed of the fan, which adjusts the fluid flow rate with 2-way on/off, 2-way proportional an 3-way proportional control valves on the water side of the fancoil system, and which is controlled by the room thermostat on the air side, is controlled.
The most convenient and economical solution is to control the fan with a 3-speed room thermostat with room type summer and winter position.
However, if we do not control the flow, the fancoil will work like a convector when the fan stops.However, in primary air systems, in applications where the primary air is applied directly to the suction port of the FCU,even though there is no load in the room, the FCU will further cool the primary air and transmit it in the room environment and will cause subcooling.
HYDRO 3 Fan Coil series are wall mounted, remote controlled split type fan coils.ıt has a power of 2,94 Kw in heating and 2,7 Kw in cooling.It is designed to transfer the energy in hot or cold water to the ambient air.ıt offers the most ideal solutions especially for hybrit systems and integration with heat pump systems.
